Well on her way to being her generation's Oprah, the talk show and Top Model host has just inked a deal with the CW to produce a new reality show for them.
No, it's not a show on wigmaking, though Tyra should look into that.
The show is being described as The Devil Wears Prada meets The Assistant.
The series has received an eight-episode commitment and begins production in April for a launch in late spring or summer.
It's being eyed as a potential companion piece for Top Model.
"It is a competition show about aspiring assistants looking to become assistant editors at a fashion magazine," co-executive producer Ken Mok. "At the same time they're trying to prove themselves as aspiring fashionistas, that they have a sense of style and savvyness, all the things to make it in the fashion world."
No word yet on what magazine will be hosting contestants.

C10肯定不是最后一季....毕竟C11已经在APPLY了...
其实TYRA有能力把几个冠军搞得TOP点就不错了 那我想做到c13就不做了...因为好似提到一下c13就没有的 一个节目如果做的时间太长的话,在观众的角度就新鲜感越来越低,收视率也随之降低,就好象香港小姐选美一样.....:sad: 换个新节目也不错````````就算看不腻参赛者也看腻了评判 我觉得到时候可以两个节目一季做半年。..... 这个主意不错，宁缺勿滥。c9之前连着几季都很一般，c9已经是个前高点了，后面的很难突破。还不如放慢速度，好好选选。 我覺得ANTM現在還是很受歡迎
但是已經漸漸末日黃昏了
製作的模式太固定 製作的水平也很難提升
就算有好的參賽者 在這樣的模式下也不見得能夠生存的很好
如果不檢討改進的話 那還是早早收了為妙
留下最好最棒的給人家回憶
別到時候成了一攤爛泥了
開新節目也好 讓人有新的期待 不過同樣的製作班底
可能製作上的新意也會有所侷限吧
