anybody watches QAF?
I mean, up to now, most of the Chinese fans I've seen online are B/J fans, not that there are many. Any B/M fan out there? I'm just dying to talk to sb. during the long 4 or 5 months waiting for season 4. :sweat: 这里很多人都看过。都是凑热闹的那么看过。像你这么专业的3季都看了的不多。不过骑士可能能看过，你问问他吧。
另外问一下，你说的B/J、 B/M是什么意思？ I like Brain so much :love: Hoho, I'm just too lazy to download other shows.
But I watch Friends, Sex and the City, Will and Grace (several episodes), Angel, Monk (a detective show), too. Besides, I just love Growing Pains. I practically grew up with that show, which I believe is the same case with lots of people here.
B/M means Brian and Michael.
B/J means Brian and Justin.
Just preferences of different coupling in the show.
And if you hope there's a relationship between any two, you can call yourself a "shipper", short for "relationshipper".
My signiture is "B/M Shipper", so you know my preference :love:
I just adore the friendship between the two. Well, sometimes, I hope I can fall in love with my best friend :sweat: Just kidding...

I like Brian, too.However, one thing is that Brian has so called "grown up" so much in the show that he's soon going to be too politically correct for my taste. I still like the arrogant, selfish (in a way), doesn't-do-love, doesn't-do-boyfriend, doesn't-give-a-s.h.i.t. (shoot... why s.h.i.t. will be automatically turned into "shoot" by the forum?) Brian in Season 1.
One of the reasons I love the show is because it is, and its characters are so different from other shows. But now, it has the potential and danger of becoming some cheap soap opera...
Well, if things are going that way, I prefer the UK version. Only 10 episodes, but more compact and Stuart is still Stuart by the end of the show. Besides, he left with Vince, haha. Not that I've ever watched a whole episode of the UK version. The British accent is too much for me. But still I'll try, sometime in the future.

I don't remember that, but there are a lot of teasers like this. In 112, after Michael's birthday party (Brian tried to push Michael away for good by outing him to his co-worker Tracey, 'coz Debbie yelled sth. like "you ruined Michael's life" at Brian (you know how M can never get over B, and can't have his own love life). M was really angry at B and after the party, B/M didn't talk any more. B was really miserable and he even turned down tricks at Babylon, (which was, in my opinion, HUGE for Brian, 'coz usually he solves his mood problems by f**king his brains out). Justin said sth. like "God, you must really love him".
Then Justin went to the comic bookstore to look for Michael.
J: He misses you, he's miserable without you. He loves you. He'll never admit it but he does.
M: Brian doesn't love anyone. He doesn't believe in love, remember?
J: You're the exception.
Actually, nobody knows which one B actually loves, or maybe nobody knows whom CowLip (the producers) are going to make Brian love. People say CowLip are trying to tease both B/M and B/J fans so that they can keep the audience from both sides.... that thought makes me a little bit sick, though. However, if there's not enough audience, thus not enough income, Showtime won't pay for one season after another like this.
Besides, I don't think this is a the-one-I-love-or-the-one-who-loves-me problem for Brian... at least, both M and J love him. hi~xeniali15,hi~everyone here, say hello to u all~~~
i'm a huge fan of qaf~~i watched this show since this summer,and until now,so obsessed that i have watch all 3 seasons more than 5 times!!!!so happy to see people here actually talking about this show~~:)
i must confess a big part of the reason i love qaf is GALE HAROLD IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MAN LIVING IN THE WORLD! Brian is so real to me,sexy,intelligent, being strong and vulnerable at the same time. his relationship with justin is full of competition.what amaze me is that two man can fight each other the way man and woman never can.thinking of those moment justin try to get guys when they are with brian.
and beside casting,the plot is also great.i still remember the deeply sad i felt at the end of s1,and the enormous curiosity that of s2.s3 is not so heart-catching compared,and i'm not so optimistic of s4,because BJ kinda found out they are soulmate for each other,so the emotion plot won't as strong as before.but i still eager waiting for s4,just to see these two man on screen is enough for me~:)
xeniali,not to offend,but i really don't think things will ever happen between BM even at the most begining.Micheal has no sexual appealing to Brian(also to me:P),and....u know brian....so they can never work out,and i agree that brian cannot be without micheal,so being best friends is their best choise.
there's no doubt brian loves justin.he's so attracked that he take the first move to pick justin up to his home,setting the very basic of their love story.and it's justin's persistent pursuit and faithful love really make them together.they both change some to fit the other at last,and the course of the changing make the show brilliant.
.....too many to say for qaf,i enjoy discussing it with u all.few people i know watch this show~~have no one to talk~~~and i think qaf will be famous in china soon.some people say that pirated dvds will soon come out.and a friend of mine bought the original music cd last week in shanghai. i'm waiting~~~~

我看完了完整的三季，而且都刻下来收藏了。国内喜欢B/J的都是些女孩子，她们喜欢年轻漂亮的，仅此而已

我只看了QAF第3季，有的演员不太认得，惭愧。 这个不知道是不是QAF里的演员，我只认得演过“菲比”男友的那个人。
去年年低的时候,我看过前2季。
上面的是第三季的海报吗？变化好大哦！看来这里很多人是B&M的支持者?!因为我英文很破，所以xeniali15和vvlvv两位的贴子看不很明白 :sweat:
不过请允许我稍稍说说我对qaf的感想。
我呢——是B&J的支持者^^ :love:
就是如legolas说的那个"国内喜欢B/J的都是些女孩子，她们喜欢年轻漂亮的，仅此而已"中指的"些女孩子"中的一个^^bbb
justin当然年轻漂亮——我认为还很迷人，甚至可以说性感,我(以下我仅代表我个人)当然喜欢justin——谁能拒绝小j呢——连brain大叔也不能拒绝啊^^~。可是这么喜欢justin绝对不仅仅是因为这些，m也很年轻——看起来起码比b大叔年轻，也很迷人可爱——有那么多条件优秀的英俊男士们为他着迷——那个按摩师就是很好的例子，（我还很喜欢emmit——汗是这么写的吧？就是那个有些——或者说“很”——C的那个人^^）m与b可以说青梅竹马，感情深厚，彼此很了解，互相爱护，对对方也很温柔*^-^*，可是那么多年了，他们仍然无法跨越友谊的距离，成为“恋人”。
我开始看qaf确实是因为帅哥很多啦，可是让我喜欢qaf的却是justin——进而喜欢brain，michael，emmit，ted，等等很多人，但是让我如此喜欢的还是勇敢的justin！
是的——勇敢。
这个词很简单，甚至很单调，但是如果让我用一个词描述justin的话，我想到的就是这个。
justin年轻漂亮没错，可是年轻漂亮的不仅仅是justin——大把的男轻漂亮的男孩子走在街上，在夜总会，在酒吧，在任何地方；justin也确实是“缠着”brain——而michael也“缠着”brain啊（请原谅我用了这么恶毒的字眼 :sweat: ）但是只有justin慢慢走进了b大叔的生活，影响这b，改变着b，也改变着自己。
在justin身上我发现了一个又一个令人讶异、惊叹、羡慕、向往的东西。
justin在自我承认性取向上看起来没有浪费太多的时间和精力——还是高中生的时候就可以和女朋友谈论自己迷恋的男人的一切；可以对暴躁保守的父亲面对面的说出“我喜欢……”的话；可以在父亲要他选择时仅仅思考了2秒就决然的做出选择；在brain当着他面做这做那的时候，除却刚开始的无所适从，就开始反击（—我对于justin在brain面前成功勾引到b肖想了一个晚上的对象这个举动感到非常震撼和难忘）。
在justin来说，他知道自己是什么，想要什么，为什么痛苦，为什么快乐——而且他一直在努力的让自己生活的更幸福——而且他也勇于为此付出代价。对于爱和痛苦都去直接面对，不逃避，不退缩，不隐藏，直面真正的自己。
我认为这正是他和m的最大区别。
michael温柔，善良，有些带着天真的小迷糊，是个很美丽的人，我也很喜欢他。但是当面对爱人时，却选择胆怯的蹲在角落里的michael，我只感到深深的悲哀。无论是对brain还是其他的几个恋人，m都是处在对爱的渴望和对爱的恐惧当中。m不够自信，在我眼中，m可以说没有爱人的能力的，一次次和爱擦肩而过，难道单单是命运的小玩笑吗？举个小例子对比一下：对于brain，他习惯默默付出深深的爱，每每有机会向爱人关系跨出一步时，却总被一些小小的阻碍吓阻，退却，想要得到爱，又怕失去友谊，结果宠坏了brain，让他轻乎了自己；对于按摩师，他放肆的享受对方给与的宠爱，却没有真正的付出自己的爱。面对爱，我认为他是失败者。
justin虽然也犹豫过，失望过，怀疑过，但是他不是什么都不做的，勇敢的一次次认清自己，确定自己。对于一个十多岁的homo，他自我成长的能力让我惊叹。
随着年龄的增长，justin少了年少轻狂，但是变得越来越耀眼了。
我就是喜欢justin 为了他的一切。:love:
至于brain大叔他爱谁，选择谁，我都不怎么在意。就是他永远不选择，justin和michael离开或者等待，我都不会感到难过，因为他们过的是自己想要的生活——无论快乐或者痛苦。

我同意上面的观点（虽然只看了一部分），我觉得B/M之间不太可能。如果B和M在一起，恐怕就像JOEY和Rachel在一起一样感觉奇怪（个人观点 :sweat: ）不过justin很幸运，第一次就能找到一个他喜欢而且也喜欢他的人，so lucky。
关于DVD，我也很期待，毕竟正版太贵了。

Oh, don't worry, no offense taken. Just, um, nothing personal, but I don't like blondes is all. Besides, they are just some characters on a TV show, so no need to argue which one is better. Don't understand why BM fans and BJ fans are having a row online from time to time.
One thing I like Michael is because I kinda "envy" him. I wish I could fall in love with someone so deeply for so long. Sounds pathetic, but truth is it seems I even can't find someone to love, let alone to love me back, hoho.
Maybe I've got a thing for "life-long unrequited love"? Time means a lot to me, at least in terms of relationship.
The relationship between Justin and Brian seems to me like one where an adult male help a juvenile to grow up to a man, by doing things including having sex with him. You know, what they do thousands of years ago in acient Greek. When Justin becomes a better Brian ("better" 'coz Brian himself is not the model adult, is he), the job is done. And I really don't think two Brians can get along with each other.
As to Brian, I'm not sure I'd like him in real life. Though I appear as a Michael, I've got my Brian side inside me. So I really hate cocky people who acts like he's better than everyone else. Actually, I'm kinda frustrated when I found I started liking Brian more and more... but if there's a hetero Brian, I don't think I'd give a sh*t. Good thing Gale isn't like that, though Hal (the actor playing Michael) appears to be more Brian-like. But then, he speaks Chinese, so he gets an additional point!
