"Grinding the Corn"

Keith坦白他和Celeste有了一腿，这使得David又产生了新的偏执。

起初，他觉得这刚好能减轻自己同Sarge发生419的罪恶感。但很快他发现Keith和一个女人出轨更令自己感觉困扰，而且还产生了一种下意识的恐惧--Keith将会为了一个女人而离开他。

David下班回家准备和Keith共进晚餐，却发现Keith自己一个人刚刚吃完，David摔门而去。

这种不安的情绪最终使他们对自己的心病进行了开诚布公的交谈，但最终还是以一场不愉快的争吵收尾。



不管Clarie如何努力想和Edie仍然保持好朋友关系，但Edie自从上一次失败的女同性事之后，一直躲避着Claire。

在学校，Claire发现Billy Chenowith（Brenda的弟弟）出任新的摄影艺术课老师，顶替了因前任老师出事住院而空缺的职位。

后来，Claire听Jimmy说Edie在一个公开的场合曾谈起她的尴尬事，特别强调Claire从来没有体会过性高潮。

Jimmy自愿帮Claire弥补这一遗憾，Claire同意了，结果证明她没有问题。



自从离开George后，Ruth一直和Bettina呆在一起。照看了几天孙女Maya后，

Bettina坚持要Ruth第二天和她出门好好玩一次。

Ruth决定花两天时间去墨西哥的Rosarita旅行。

这趟旅行释放了Ruth心中的烦恼，虽然并不是事事顺心，

但这也让Ruth变得更加自信和敢做敢为。

但是在Ruth第一次骑马尝试中，

所骑马匹的突然暴毙，却终结了她刚刚开始的旅行癖。



在床上，Brenda告诉Nate她依然爱他，

没想到她的告白却引起两人的争吵，因为Nate不能回应以同样的感情，他还沉陷在丧偶的情绪中，他仍然是一个单身父亲。

在心理治疗学校，Brenda的老师夸奖她很具有洞察病人心理的能力。

但是幻觉中同Nate的争吵却触发了Brenda的精神问题，

她又回去找以前认识的毒品贩子买药。

幸运的是，她在自己还没有失去控制之前，及时地认清了自己的错误，

参加了一个互助治疗小组



Federico现在住在Fisher家，

但自从Ruth离家后，George在家帮Nate照看Maya，他为婚姻的又一次挫折而痛苦。

George、Nate、Rico发现他们三人相处并不融洽。George在洗衣时给了Rico一些解决婚姻危机的建议。

在晚餐时，三人之间又开演一台好戏，

没想到却惊吓到了潜入葬礼厅的两个小贼，他们是来偷棺材里准备同去世者一同下葬的一本昂贵的漫画书。

当夜，Nate梦到亡故的父亲--Nathaniel化身为漫画书中的死亡勾魂者，

将自己身边的亲人一一带入阴间，包括Brenda。

在第二天的葬礼上，他突然意识到自己需要和Brenda在一起，

第二天，他带着Maya来到Brenda家，三人紧紧相拥。

The conversations between David and Keith in these two scenes are hilarious.
Scene1.

David: Celeste is a woman,......isn't she?

David: You are walking by,you just happen to fall into her vagina?

David: You haven't secretly decided to switch teams, have you?

Scene 2.

David: Ok, you don't get to say the word "tit" to me, ever!
           I am going to take a shower.

Keith: Yeah, well, don't blow anybody while you are in there.
